1. ABOUT US

Nulla Labs is a sole trader business based in London, United Kingdom, specialising in custom gaming controllers and related services.

2. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

The Controller Club Membership is a monthly subscription service providing members with exclusive benefits including discounts, priority services and entry into monthly prize draws.

Subscription Cost: £20.00 per month
Billing Cycle: Monthly
Minimum Term: None - cancel anytime

3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Your active membership includes:

3.1 Financial Benefits

  • £5.00 store credit per month towards any purchase (non-stackable, non-cumulative)
  • Credits added immediately upon subscription activation
  • Credits expire 30 days from issue date
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers
  • Credit Cancellation Policy: If membership is cancelled within 30 days of subscription or renewal, any unused store credit will be deducted from refunds or charged to the payment method on file

3.2 Priority Repair Service

  • One free repair service per month (parts and shipping costs may apply)
  • Free repairs cover labour only; replacement parts charged separately
  • Repairs must be for controllers purchased from us within 12 months of purchase date
  • Priority processing - faster turnaround than non-subscriber repair requests
  • Must be requested via email with order verification and photos/video of the fault
  • Repair eligibility resets monthly on your billing date

3.3 Monthly Prize Draw

  • Automatic entry into monthly controller giveaway
  • Prize typically valued £50-£60
  • One entry per active membership
  • Winners contacted via email
  • Prizes must be claimed within 3 days
  • Draw conducted monthly using random selection software

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Billing

  • Payments processed automatically via Stripe on monthly basis
  • Failed payments result in immediate suspension of benefits
  • No refunds for partial periods
  • Price changes require 30 days written notice

4.2 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime via email to info@nulla-labs.uk or account settings
  • Benefits continue until end of current billing period
  • Unused credits forfeit upon cancellation
  • No refunds for advance payments

5. GIVEAWAY RULES

5.1 Eligibility

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Must have active, paid membership
  • UK residents only (excluding Northern Ireland for shipping)
  • One entry per membership, regardless of subscription length

5.2 Prize Draw Process

  • Conducted monthly using random selection software
  • Winners contacted within 48 hours via registered email
  • Prize shipped within 10 days of winner confirmation
  • Alternative prize of equal value may be substituted in certain circumstances

5.3 Winner Requirements

  • Must respond within 3 days of notification
  • Must provide valid UK shipping address
  • Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative available
  • Winner's name may be published on our website/social media

6. PRODUCT WARRANTIES & REPAIRS

6.1 Standard Warranty

  • 4 weeks warranty on all controllers (members and non-members)
  • Covers manufacturing defects and component failures
  • Does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, or paint scratches

6.2 Member Repair Benefits

  • One free repair service per month (labour only, parts charged separately)
  • Must be requested via email with order verification, photos/video of fault
  • Only applies to controllers purchased from us within 12 months
  • Does not replace or extend standard warranty coverage
  • Priority processing over non-subscriber repair requests
  • Customer responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility

6.3 Repair Process

  • Submit repair request with photos/video documentation
  • Receive parts cost estimate before work begins
  • Approve estimate and arrange shipping
  • Repair completed with priority processing
  • Controller returned with invoice for parts used

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Your Content

  • Any content you submit (votes, feedback, images) grants us usage rights
  • We may use your content for marketing purposes
  • You retain ownership but grant us perpetual license to use

8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

8.1 Information We Collect

  • Contact details (name, email, address, phone)
  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
  • Purchase history and membership activity
  • Communication preferences

  • No refunds given for suspended accounts
  • Serious breaches may result in permanent ban

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

10.2 Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays/failures due to circumstances beyond our control
  • This includes shipping delays, manufacturing issues, or technical problems

11. GENERAL TERMS

11.1 Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms with 30 days written notice
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
  • Major changes affecting core benefits require explicit consent

11.2 Dispute Resolution

  • UK law governs these terms
  • Disputes resolved through UK courts
  • We encourage contacting us directly before legal action

11.3 Severability

  • If any term is invalid, remainder stays in effect
  • Invalid terms replaced with closest legal equivalent
