All sales are final. We do not allow order cancellations or amendments once an order has been placed. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind or artistic preference.

Artistic Variation By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that every item is hand-painted and unique. Consequently, specific patterns, textures, and colours on controllers and consoles may vary slightly from digital mock-ups or product images. These variations are a hallmark of custom artistry and are not considered defects.

Defective or Faulty Hardware In accordance with UK Consumer Law, exceptions are made for items that arrive damaged or with functional hardware faults (e.g., button failure, drift, or connectivity issues).

• If your item arrives faulty, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt.

• We will arrange for a repair or replacement of the defective unit.

• Please note: This warranty covers technical defects present upon arrival. It does not cover damage caused by accidental drops, misuse, or normal wear and tear affecting the paintwork after use.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibilities We cannot accept responsibility for any delay or loss caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or a missed delivery.

• If your parcel goes missing due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we will do our best to assist in tracking it down.

• However, no refund will be issued unless and until the parcel is successfully returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable.

Return Fees for Non-Delivery In cases where couriers charge fees for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or uncollected delivery, this fee will be passed on to the original cardholder before any re-delivery is attempted.

• Current return fees typically range from £20–£40 depending on the courier.
